Sakshisumit Raj Contractors Private Limited is based out of B-97 in Anoop Nagar, which is part of the Uttam Nagar area in New Delhi. It is a pretty busy neighborhood, so there is always something going on outside our door. Our office is a simple place where we manage all our contracting work. It’s not a shiny glass building or anything like that, just a regular space where we keep our tools, files, and equipment. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the daily realities of construction and labor management. It can be quite stressful trying to keep everything on track, especially with the way the traffic is around here. We are just regular people trying to run a decent business. Most of our day involves talking to workers, checking on supplies, and making sure the projects are moving along. We don't have a fancy reception desk or a bunch of assistants. If you come by, you’ll probably find us working through some paperwork or on the phone trying to fix a problem. We’ve been in Uttam Nagar for a while and we know the streets pretty well. It’s a tough business, and things don’t always go perfectly, but we just deal with things as they come up. We don't see the need for big speeches or polished presentations. We just show up every morning and get to work on whatever needs doing for the contracts we have in hand.
