You can find SAINI BUILDCON LLP over in Pitampura at the Apra Plaza-B. Our office is room 304-B on the third floor. We are located at Plot No-28 on Road No-44, right in the Community Centre area. It is a pretty standard business spot in North West Delhi. We do buildcon work, which keeps us busy with all sorts of construction tasks. The office is usually filled with papers and maps of the different projects we are working on. We do not really go in for the big corporate polish. We just like to keep things simple and focus on the building side of the business. Being in 110034 means we are surrounded by other local businesses, which we like. Most days involve a lot of phone calls to vendors and checking in on our workers at the sites. We do not have a fancy marketing plan or anything like that. We just show up at the Community Centre and get to work every day. The office at Apra Plaza-B is our home base where we sort out all the logistics. Sometimes the traffic on Road No-44 is a bit much, but it is a good location for us to reach our clients. We try to be practical and honest about what we can do. It is just a small group of us making sure the construction jobs get handled properly without any unnecessary fuss. We just get on with the job.
