Sai Rolotech is situated at Plot No. A-1 in the X-Block of Gopal Nagar Extension. If you know the area in Najafgarh, we’re right near the Indira Service Station. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from central Delhi, but for us, it’s home. The workshop is where we spend the bulk of our hours. It’s a practical space filled with metal parts and various tools. We focus on rollers and related tech, so things can get a bit oily and metallic-smelling. We’ve got a small corner set aside for coffee and lunch breaks, but otherwise, everyone is usually busy with their hands. The floor is concrete and has seen a lot of wear over the years. We don’t really follow a strict corporate schedule; we just work until the day's tasks are finished. Sometimes that means staying late if a client needs a part urgently. The neighborhood is a mix of small shops and residential houses, so there’s always something going on outside. We know the guys at the service station well since we see them every day. We aren't big on fancy presentations. If someone wants to know what we do, they usually just walk in and ask. We show them the machines and the work we’ve got going on. It’s a simple, honest way of doing business that seems to suit this part of town just fine.
