Our little spot is at G-38 in Palika Bhavan. If you know the area, you know it can be a bit of a maze in here. We’ve been set up in this unit for quite some time now, focusing on our engineering work. It’s not a huge space, but we make the most of every square inch we have. There are tools everywhere and parts waiting to be worked on. Most days are spent hunched over a workbench or talking to people who drop by with something that needs fixing. Palika Bhavan has a lot of energy, and we are just one small part of that ecosystem. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in suits. We usually have grease on our hands and dust on our clothes by noon. That’s just the way engineering goes. We don't really do much in the way of advertising; word of mouth from people who’ve been here before is usually how others find us. Sometimes the lighting in the corridor is a bit dim, but our shop is always bright enough to see what we are doing. We keep things simple and don't try to be something we aren't. We just want to finish the day knowing we handled the tasks on our list. It's a straightforward life here at G-38. The ceiling fan squeaks a bit when it's on high, but it keeps us cool enough during the summers.
