This part of East Delhi is always humming with activity. We’ve got a pretty straightforward setup here. We are developers, so our days are filled with the usual stuff like checking on permits, talking to contractors, and making sure everything is on track. The office isn’t huge, but it’s ours, and it works for the small team we have. We don’t really go in for the fancy office furniture or the corporate vibe. We’d rather spend our time getting things built. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes, especially when multiple projects are happening at once. The area around Acharya Niketan is great because everything we need is right there. We spend a lot of time drinking chai and discussing the next steps for whatever building we’re working on. It’s a lot of manual tracking and keeping tabs on things. We don't have a big marketing department; it’s just us doing the work. People in the neighborhood know where to find us if they need something. We just try to stay honest and keep our promises to the people we work with. It’s a busy, sometimes loud, but very real way to spend our working hours here in Delhi.
