Clothline Overseas

Clothline Overseas is located at Rz-j 31/222 in West Sagarpur. It is a neighborhood where everyone knows everyone. Our building is nothing special to look at, but it is where all the work happens. We handle things for people quite far away sometimes, hence the name, but we are very much local. The rooms inside are packed with boxes ready to be sent out. We spend a lot of time with packing tape and labels. Sometimes the tape dispenser breaks and we have to fix it with a screwdriver. It is those little things that fill up the day. West Sagarpur is a crowded place, so there is always noise coming from the street. We do not have a fancy showroom. If you want to see what we are doing, you just have to come into the middle of the mess. We try to sweep up at the end of every day, but by the next morning, it looks like we never did. The people who work here are mostly from the nearby streets. We are not corporate types. We wear regular clothes and drink too much coffee. At Clothline Overseas, we just try to get the shipping done right. If there is a problem, we fix it ourselves. We do not have a customer service department. You just talk to us. It is a basic way of doing things, but it has worked for us so far at Rz-j 31/222. We keep the lights on late when the orders pile up.
