Saanvi Residency is based out at 98 Bijwasan Road in the Kapashera area. If you’ve ever driven down that way toward the airport or the border, you know the road can be a bit of a challenge with all the trucks and local traffic. Our office is right in the mix of all that. We have been here for a good while, handling residency projects and helping people find their way in the North West Delhi property market. It’s a very practical kind of place. We don’t have any marble floors or air conditioning that works perfectly all the time, but we get the job done. The team is made up of a few locals who know the Kapashera and Bijwasan neighborhoods inside out. We spend our days dealing with a lot of paperwork and meeting with people who are looking for a place to settle down. It’s not always easy, as land and residency issues can get complicated around here with all the different regulations. We try to be straight with people about what is possible and what isn't. Sometimes that means giving them news they don't want to hear, but we think it's better to be honest. We aren't trying to build an empire; we just want to run a decent business that helps our neighbors find a good place to call home. It’s simple work, but it keeps us busy from morning till night.
