S. M. C. S

Our office, S. M. C. S, is located at T-953/1 S. F. Nehru Road Arjun Nagar K. Mubarakpur. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren’t familiar with the streets, but we’ve been here long enough that we could find it in the dark. The building is an older one and we occupy the second floor, or what we call the S.F. around here. There’s no elevator, so we get plenty of exercise going up and down those stairs every day. The office is usually a bit cluttered with papers and maps because there is always something going on. We don't spend much on decorations because we'd rather focus on the actual work we do. Nehru Road can get pretty congested, especially in the afternoons, so we hear a lot of honking from our windows. It’s just part of the background noise for us now. We are a small crew and we all handle a bit of everything. There isn't a strict hierarchy; if the phone rings, whoever is closest picks it up. We don't use any fancy corporate talk or try to impress people with big presentations. If you come by, you’ll probably find us sitting around a desk trying to solve some practical problem. It’s just how we operate. We like being in Arjun Nagar because it feels lived-in and real. We’re just here doing our bit every day and trying to keep things moving forward. It is just a normal life for us.
