We’ve been based out of Tilak Khand in Giri Nagar for quite some time now. Our office is at number 311, right here in the Kalka Ji area of New Delhi. Most people around here know us because we deal with realty and faience, though it sounds a bit fancy. Really, it’s just a lot of day-to-day work involving properties and building materials. We spend most of our mornings sorting through paperwork or meeting people who stop by the office. It isn’t a huge glass building or anything like that. It’s just a regular workspace where we try to get things done. Sometimes the traffic outside on the main road gets loud, but that’s just life in Delhi. We handle a lot of different tasks depending on what the day brings. Usually, it's about looking at sites or talking to folks about their housing needs. There are a few of us here at S Lal Bhai Realty Faience Pvt Ltd who have been working together for years. We know the neighborhood well and have seen it change quite a bit. It’s a busy spot, and there is always something happening around the 110019 zip code. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there.
