We are based out of Flat No-402-P in the Technology Apartment complex over here in Patparganj. It’s a quiet enough spot for an office, tucked away in the 24 CGHS block. Most days start early with someone trying to fix the printer or sorting through a stack of site reports that came in late. Rukmani Buildinfra is really just a handful of us trying to keep projects on track across East Delhi. You’ll find a lot of files piled on the desks and blueprints that never seem to stay rolled up properly. My desk is right by the window where you can see the parking lot. We spend a lot of time on the phone with site supervisors or checking on material deliveries. It gets pretty hectic around midday when the lunch dabbas arrive and everyone is talking at once about work and life. Being in 110092 means we are close to everything we need. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a practical workspace where we focus on the building and infrastructure side of things. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the internet slows down, but we just keep going. It’s honest work and we’ve been at it for a while now. If you come by, you’ll probably see us arguing over a schedule or sipping tea while looking at a map. We like being part of this neighborhood and doing our bit in the city.
