Rssa Buildtech Private Limited

Our office for Rssa Buildtech Private Limited is up on the second floor at 302-B in Sant Nagar. It’s right in the East of Kailash area of New Delhi. It’s a nice enough spot, though parking can be a real headache sometimes. We’ve been working out of this space for a good bit now. Most of what we do involves buildtech and construction management. It sounds more complicated than it is. Mostly, we just make sure things get built the way they are supposed to. We have a small crew. Some of us focus on the design side, while others are always out at the sites. We meet back here at the end of the day to go over what happened. There’s usually a lot of talk about costs and materials. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just have a lot of calendars and project timelines. People in Sant Nagar know where we are if they need something done. We don't do much in the way of selling ourselves. If our work is good, people notice, and that’s usually enough. It’s a simple way to do business, but it keeps us busy. We try to be honest about how long things take and what they cost. New Delhi is a big place, but we like our little corner of it here in East of Kailash. That’s just how we run things around here every single day.
