Rosary-Laksan Projects Private Limited

Our office is located in Aya Nagar, specifically at House Number 342 in D Block. It’s a bit of a maze back here if you aren't used to the street numbers, but we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home. Rosary-Laksan Projects is basically just a small team of us working out of this space. We do a lot of project management for construction work. The office is on the first floor, so you have to head up the stairs past the main entrance. We keep our records in some old filing cabinets and have a few computers that have seen better days. It gets a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby, but we don't mind much. It’s just part of being in this industry. We spend our days coordinating with different teams and making sure the supplies show up where they’re supposed to. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck breaking down or a worker not showing up, and we have to scramble to fix it. That's just the reality of the work we do. We don't use any fancy management software, just a lot of lists and phone calls. It’s a practical way to run things and it has worked for us so far. We’re just regular people trying to do a good job on every project we take on. The neighborhood keeps us busy enough throughout the year.
