Our office is located in Aggarwal Chambers, specifically in Chamber No. 312 in Sector 5. It is a typical office building with lots of other companies around us. We deal with overseas trade, which mostly involves a lot of back-and-forth emails and phone calls with people in different time zones. Our room is not very large. We have just enough space for our desks, a printer that jams occasionally, and some stacks of folders. It is a bit cramped but we make it work. We don't have a lot of visitors, so we don't worry too much about having fancy furniture. Most of our work is done on the computer. We spend our days tracking shipments and making sure the customs papers are all in order. It is a lot of details to keep track of. The building can be a bit quiet in the mornings and then it gets really noisy in the afternoon when everyone is busy. We usually bring our own lunch and eat at our desks while we work. There is a small tea stall downstairs where we go when we need a break. We have been doing this for several years and have a good handle on how the process works. We don't have any grand goals or anything like that. We just want to make sure the cargo gets where it is supposed to go without any trouble. It is just basic trading work.
