Rodeo Realty Developers is based at 16/10 on the first floor along New Rohtak Road. We are situated near the MTNL Office in Karol Bagh, which is a really active area in Central Delhi. We spend our days working on real estate development and looking at new property opportunities around the city. The office is pretty basic and we like it that way because we prefer to focus on the work. It’s more about the projects we do outside than the office itself. We have a small team here and we’ve been in the Karol Bagh area for some time now. Dealing with property in Delhi can be quite a challenge, but we just take it one day at a time and see how it goes. We don't use any shiny brochures or polished marketing talk to get customers. We just speak plainly with anyone who comes in to see us. New Rohtak Road is always loud with cars and buses, but inside the office, we just focus on the files and the phone calls. It’s a practical setup for a development business like ours. We handle a lot of the local paperwork and site visits from this location. Most of our neighbors are also businesses, so it’s a good environment for us to work in. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to develop good properties for people to use. It’s a busy life but it is honest work. If you are near the MTNL office, you are basically right at our doorstep.
