We work out of House No-28 in Vikas Nagar. It's inside the Shiva Enclave area of Hastsal. If you know where Rakhi Sweets is, we are very close to that. It’s basically a home-based tech setup where we handle various repairs and technical services. It’s not a big glass office building, just a regular house where we’ve set up our workspace. We deal with computers, electronics, and different kinds of gadgets that people bring in. Often, the neighborhood kids or local residents come by when their devices stop working. We have all our tools and testing equipment laid out on a few big tables. It gets a bit crowded with cables and parts sometimes. Being in Shiva Enclave is nice because it’s a residential vibe, but we still get plenty of work. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation. We just like fixing things and helping people get their tech back in order. Most of our customers are just people from the local Hastsal area who don't want to travel far to the big markets. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. It’s a small operation, but we take it seriously and try to get the jobs done without too much fuss. Sometimes we stay up late finishing a repair if someone really needs their laptop back for school or work the next morning.
