Rividi Reality Developers Private Limited

We set up Rividi Reality Developers in Kalkaji, specifically at B-76 on the ground floor. Being on the ground floor is handy because we don’t have to deal with elevators. Kalkaji is a crowded part of New Delhi, so finding a parking spot is usually the hardest part of our morning. Inside the office, it’s mostly just desks and some maps of the areas we are working in. We deal with reality and development, which basically means a lot of paperwork and phone calls to different contractors. It’s not glamorous work. Most of the time, we are just checking if the materials arrived or if the laborers are on site. We’ve been in this neighborhood for some time now and know most of the people on the block. It’s a bit cramped inside with all the files, but it works for us. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation. We are just a local team trying to build things that last. The tea guy comes around twice a day, which is the highlight of the afternoon. Sometimes the street gets flooded when it rains heavily, but we just put some sandbags out. We keep things pretty straightforward here. If someone walks in, they are usually looking for a property or asking about a project. We just tell them how it is. No big speeches or fancy brochures. It’s just us doing our job every day in Delhi.
