RIVERLAND INFRATECH PRIVATE LIMITED

Riverland Infratech is based over in Abul Fazal Enclave, Part 1, right in the Okhla area of New Delhi. Our office is just Flat 102 on the second floor of the N-43 building. It’s a pretty busy spot, mostly because Okhla is always moving and there’s always something going on in the streets below. We spend a lot of our time looking at site plans and dealing with the usual Delhi heat when we have to go out for inspections. Sometimes the traffic on the way to the office is a total nightmare, especially near the main roads, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We do a lot of the heavy lifting for local infrastructure projects around the city. It’s not fancy work, but someone has to do it. The walls in our office could probably use a fresh coat of paint one of these days, but we’re usually too busy with paperwork and site visits to worry about things like that. We started this because we saw there was a need for practical people on the ground here in South Delhi. Most days involve a lot of phone calls to vendors and checking on how things are moving along. We don't have a big corporate lobby, just a few desks and a lot of folders stacked up. If you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-conversation about a project or trying to fix the printer again. It’s just how things go around here. We try to keep everything simple and just get the job done without too much talk. Being in N-43 means we’re right in the middle of a very lively neighborhood, which helps when we need to get to a site quickly. It’s a real place with real people working hard every day to keep things moving forward.
