Ritiksha Construction Private Limited

We’re located at the back side of Khasra Number 301 in New Ashok Nagar, right on the top floor of the C-39 Extension. It’s a bit of a climb, but it’s where we do all our construction planning. Being in New Ashok Nagar, we’re right in the middle of a lot of activity in East Delhi. The office is pretty simple. We’ve got some desks, some chairs, and a lot of blueprints lying around. Most of our work happens out on the sites, but this is where we come back to handle the admin and the project management stuff. It’s not a polished corporate space, just a working office for people who get their hands dirty. We deal with various construction projects across the city. Sometimes it feels like we’re always on the phone or running out to check on a delivery. New Ashok Nagar is a tight area with lots of narrow lanes, so it’s always interesting getting around. We’ve been here for a bit and we’ve seen the area change quite a bit. We just keep our focus on the construction work and making sure things are built properly. We don’t really do marketing or anything like that; people usually find us through word of mouth or because they saw our signs at a site. It’s a modest setup but it serves us well for what we need to do.
