Rithwik Swathi Joint Venture

Rithwik Swathi Joint Venture is based out of Room No. 19 on the fourth floor of House No. 164. It’s Satbir Singh’s place in Masoodpur, right in Vasant Kunj. To find us, you have to look for the lane opposite the post office. It’s a bit of a climb up those stairs, but the view of the street from the fourth floor isn't too bad. We share the space and keep things pretty compact. It’s a joint venture, so there’s always a lot of coordination happening between different people. The office is tucked away in Delhi-70, and it gets pretty busy during the day. We don't have a lot of space for extra stuff, so every corner has a purpose. We use the local post office a lot since it’s right there. Sometimes the power goes out or the stairs feel a bit steep at the end of the day, but we like the location. It’s a practical spot for us to meet and sort out the paperwork. We aren't some big firm with a shiny sign out front. Most people find us by word of mouth or by looking for Satbir’s house. We just get on with the day’s tasks and try to keep everything moving. There’s no big corporate board or anything like that. Just some people in a room trying to make things work out. We stay busy and keep it real as much as we can.
