Rika Construction is located over in Mayur Vihar Phase III. We are in the Gharoli Dairy Colony area, specifically at B-772. It’s a busy part of East Delhi, and we’ve been here for a good while. This business has some history, connected to the family of Late Mr. Sube Singh Bhati. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just standard construction work that needs to be done right. You’ll find our office is pretty basic. We have some desks, some chairs, and a lot of project files. The streets around Gharoli can get crowded, especially in the evenings. We try to keep things simple. Most of our day is spent on-site or talking to contractors. We don't spend money on fancy marketing because the work speaks for itself usually. It’s a local operation, and we like it that way. If someone needs a wall built or a house renovated, we look at the plans and get to it. We deal with the usual Delhi headaches like power cuts or rain delays, but that’s just part of the trade. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city. We just want to finish the jobs we start and move to the next one. It’s a lot of hard work and physical labor, but it keeps us busy. Our door is usually open for anyone in the neighborhood who needs advice.
