RIGA BUILDCON LLP

RIGA BUILDCON LLP is based in Punjabi Bagh, right on East Avenue Road. We are on the first floor of House Number 4. It is an old-school New Delhi neighborhood with a lot of history. West Delhi has a lot of energy, and being on East Avenue Road means there is always something going on outside the window. The 110026 area is well-known to locals. We have a modest space on that first floor. It is mostly filled with files and a couple of computers. We do not have a big corporate sign outside, just the name. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, but you get used to them after a few trips. We do buildcon work, which keeps us busy enough throughout the week. Sometimes the traffic on East Avenue Road gets really loud, especially in the late afternoons when everyone is heading home. We just keep the windows shut and get on with our lists. It is a practical location for reaching different parts of the city. We have lived and worked in West Delhi for a long time, so we know the local vendors and how things move around here. There is no fancy lobby or coffee machine in our office. We just drink regular chai and handle the building contracts. It is an honest way to spend the day. Being in House Number 4 feels more like a home office than a cold corporate building, which suits us just fine.
