Reprism Buildwell Private Limited is situated at 201 in Nirmal Towers, which is on Barakhamba Road. This part of Delhi is very different from the residential suburbs. It is full of tall buildings and lots of office workers rushing around. Nirmal Towers is one of those older buildings that has been here for a long time. Our office on the second floor is a practical space. We do not have any of those modern open-plan layouts; it is just a regular office with walls and doors. We spend our time here managing buildwell projects and talking to clients. The lifts in the building can be a bit slow during the lunch hour, so we often just take the stairs if we are in a hurry. Even though we are on a famous road like Barakhamba, we are not a big corporate firm with hundreds of employees. We are a smaller team just trying to get our work done. There is always a lot of paperwork to deal with in this business, and the desks are usually piled high with folders. Outside, the traffic is constant, but inside we just focus on the task at hand. It is a good location for us because it is central and easy for people to reach by metro. We do not have any fancy coffee machines or lounge areas, just a place to work and keep things moving forward. It is a bit old-fashioned but it works for us and our clients.
