Relisys Solutions Private Limited is based out of a house in Mohammad Pur village. Specifically, we are at House No.30 on the first floor. It’s a bit different from your typical office building because it’s a residential structure. This gives our workday a much more relaxed feeling. You can hear the sounds of the village outside, like kids playing or vendors calling out their wares. We like that it doesn't feel like a cold, glass box. The office is basically a few rooms where we’ve set up our workstations. It can get a little tight when everyone is in at the same time, but we manage. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we are like a small family. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. Instead, we just have a lot of post-it notes and empty tea cups scattered around. Getting here can be a bit of a challenge for outsiders because the lanes in Mohammad Pur can be confusing at first. But once you find us, it’s a very welcoming place. We just focus on solving the problems that come our way each morning. There’s no big hierarchy here; everyone just pitches in where they are needed. It’s an honest way to work, and we are happy to be part of this community in New Delhi. We just take things as they come.
