We are based at House Number 176 in Tiwari Pur 1, which is in the Jajmau area of Kanpur. Relcom Engineering Pvt Ltd is our small company, and this is where we do all our daily engineering work. Jajmau is a busy, industrial kind of place, so it fits what we do perfectly. Our office is just a regular house that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s got a lot of character, which is a polite way of saying it’s a bit old and messy. We have desks shoved into corners and shelves overflowing with technical manuals. It’s not the kind of place you’d see in a magazine, but it’s perfect for us. We don't use fancy titles or follow strict corporate rules. We just show up, see what needs to be engineered, and get to it. The streets of Tiwari Pur can be quite narrow and crowded, but that’s just the reality of working in Kanpur. We like the grit of this area. It feels like real work is happening all around us. We don't have any scripted speeches or big goals written on the wall. Our plan is just to finish the project on time and move to the next one. Most of the time, we’re just a bunch of people in shirtsleeves talking about dimensions and materials. It’s simple, it’s local, and it works for us. We’re just another business in the 10 UP area trying to make things happen for the folks who need it.
