Our office for Refreshments By Krafts Private Limited is up on the second floor of B 65 B in the Paryavaran Complex, right by Saidulajab Village. If you have ever walked up those stairs in the middle of a Delhi summer, you know it is quite a workout. We spend our days tucked away up there, dealing with the paperwork and the coordination needed for our refreshment business. It is a bit of a maze in this part of the city, with all the different lanes and buildings piled on top of each other. Our space is mostly filled with desks and stacks of papers, along with samples of the various products we handle. We do not have a big reception area or anything like that; usually, you just walk right into where the work is happening. The staff is just a handful of people who live nearby, so we all know the local shortcuts and where to get a decent snack in the afternoon. We try to stay organized, but sometimes when a big shipment is coming in, things get a little chaotic for a few hours. We do not really bother with corporate polish or fancy furniture. We are just here to make sure the drinks and snacks we manage get to the places they need to go. The view from the second floor isn't much, just more rooftops and wires, but it is our home base and it serves the purpose for what we do every day.
