Reelicon Red Homes Private Limited is located down in the basement of B-4/38 in Safdarjung Enclave. It is a well-known area in South Delhi. Being in a basement means it stays relatively cool even during the Delhi summers, which we appreciate. We do a lot of our work regarding homes and property development from this spot. It is not a massive office with glass walls. It is a bit cozy, maybe even a little cramped when everyone is in at the same time. But it works for us. We have our computers set up and a table for meetings. Most of our day is spent on the phone or out visiting sites across the city. Safdarjung Enclave is a good central location. We can get to most places fairly quickly. We do not do much in terms of flashy advertising. Word of mouth usually gets people to our door. We just try to handle the housing business as best as we can. There is always some paperwork to sort or a contractor to call. We have a small team, and we all pitch in. It is not a fancy corporate life, but it is real. We are just a group of people working hard in a basement in New Delhi to help people with their homes. It has been a few years now and we have gotten used to the underground life. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. It gets a little dusty sometimes, but we do not mind much.
