Redsun Tea Limited

You can find Redsun Tea Limited at 54, up on the second floor of the Regal Building. Being in Connaught Place means there is always something going on right outside the window, which can be a bit of a distraction when we're trying to count inventory. The building is one of those old ones with high ceilings and walls that have seen a lot of history. We spend our days looking at different batches of tea and making sure the packaging looks alright before it heads out. It’s not all tasting and sipping like people might think; there is a lot of boring stuff like spreadsheets and logistics to deal with too. We’ve got a small space here, and it usually smells a bit like dried leaves and old paper. The lift in the building is a bit temperamental, so most of us just take the stairs to the second floor anyway. It keeps us moving. We don't really have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just a handful of us making sure the tea gets from the gardens to wherever it’s supposed to go. Some days the phones are off the hook with people asking about prices, and other days it’s just the sound of the fan whirring. We like the location because it’s easy for everyone to get to, even if parking is a total nightmare. It’s just a normal business doing its thing in a very busy part of town.
