We are based at Rz-46C/1, right on the Main Sagarpur road in New Delhi. It is a very lively spot to be in, with the constant sound of traffic and people walking by. The office is easy to spot if you are looking for the right number, but it is not the kind of place that stands out with big neon lights or anything. Inside, it is just a bunch of us working away. We have got our computers and some basic furniture that has seen better days, but it serves the purpose. The space can feel a little tight when everyone is in at the same time, especially with all the cables and spare parts we have laying around. Being on the main road means we are right in the thick of things, which is nice when you need to grab something from the market quickly. We do not have any formal rules about where people sit or how things are organized; we just find a spot and get to it. Sometimes the noise from the street can be a bit much, but you get used to the honking and the shouting after a week or two. It is a honest, hardworking atmosphere without any of the fancy stuff you see in big city offices. We just focus on getting through the tasks we have for the day and keeping things moving.
