Rdm India Pvt Ltd is located at F-1 Mehar Chand Double Storey Market in Lodhi Colony. This is a pretty well-known market area in New Delhi, so there are always people walking around and shops doing business nearby. Our office is one of those double-storey setups that have been around for a long time. It feels a bit cramped when we have all our supplies delivered at once, but we manage to find space. We have a small team here and everyone does a bit of everything. One minute I might be answering the phone and the next I am helping move some boxes in the back. We don’t have a big corporate feel at all. It is more like a family-run spot where things get done without a lot of meetings or long emails. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the ceiling fan makes a little clicking noise, but it keeps us cool enough. We have been in Lodhi Colony for quite a while now. Most of the other shop owners on our row are friends of ours. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and start the day's work. It is a simple routine and we don’t try to make it sound like anything more than it is. We just do our business and go home to our families in the evening.
