Our office is located at 303 Ashok Bhawan, which is right at 93 Nehru Place. It is one of those buildings that has seen a lot of history over the years. We have been here at RBSK Homes LLP for a while now. Nehru Place is always a bit of a maze, but once you find Ashok Bhawan, we are just up on the third floor. The office is not anything special to look at. It has everything we need to get the day started, like a working kettle and enough desk space for our paperwork. We spend a lot of time talking to people about their housing needs. It is mostly just sitting down and going through the options without any of the fancy sales talk. We are local people who understand how the market works in this part of the city. Sometimes the elevators in the building are a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us fit, I guess. We do not have a big marketing budget or a team of designers. It is just us, some computers, and a lot of local knowledge. We deal with homes because it is a practical business. People always need a place to stay. We try to be straightforward about what we have and what we can do. It is a busy life in Nehru Place, but we would not have it any other way. We are just a small firm doing our thing from suite 303.
