We are over here in Kishangarh, right across from B-4 in Vasant Kunj. It’s 111/9 on the map. The street gets pretty crowded with scooters and people walking to the market. Ravik Engineers Pvt.Ltd. has been around this neighborhood for a long time. The office is in a building that’s seen a lot of years. We have some chairs that have been here since the beginning and they’re still holding up okay. It’s a bit of a maze to get here if you’re driving a big car. Most of our work is just technical stuff that we’ve learned over the years. We don’t spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty. It’s more about the tools and the paperwork. The tea stall nearby is where we usually take our breaks. You can hear the city noise from the window all day long. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, so we just wait it out. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a receptionist in a suit. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just says hello. We keep a lot of old files in the back room just in case. It’s a practical way of doing things. We know most of the neighbors by now. It feels like a community here. We just keep our heads down and do the engineering work that comes our way.
