We’ve been at 1358/21 in Naiwala for quite some time now. Karol Bagh is always busy, especially our street. Rakesh Auto Traders is just a small place where we handle spare parts and help people get what they need for their vehicles. It gets crowded here, and sometimes the phone rings off the hook, but we try to keep up. My father started things, and now we just carry it on. People know where to find us in Naiwala. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. It’s just shelves full of boxes and a counter that’s seen better days. Some days are slow, others we can barely grab lunch. That’s just how it is in this market. If you walk down the lane past the tea stall, you'll see our sign. We keep a lot of stuff in stock because people hate waiting. It isn't always organized perfectly, but we know where everything is. We deal with all sorts of customers, from mechanics to folks just looking for a specific bolt. Living and working in Karol Bagh means you get used to the noise and the constant movement. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and see what the day brings. It’s a simple life running a shop here. We don't have a website or anything like that, just this physical spot where we do our business every day. It's just us.
