Our office is at number 276 in the Rajouri Apartments, right there in Rajouri Garden. We’re quite close to the Mayapuri Bus Depot, so you can always hear the buses coming and going throughout the day. It’s a noisy, lively spot, and it fits the way we work. We deal with properties, so our phones are almost always ringing with people asking about prices or locations. We don't have a slick sales team. It’s just us sitting in the office, looking through listings and talking to people who walk in. The walls have a few maps pinned up, and there are stacks of folders on every available surface. We spend a lot of time driving around to show people houses or plots of land, so the office is often empty for an hour or two while we’re out. When we’re back, it’s all about filing the right papers and making sure the details are correct. It’s a bit of a juggle, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We aren't trying to be the biggest agency in Delhi. We just want to help people find a place without making it too complicated. We’ve lived and worked around Rajouri Garden for a long time, so we know the streets pretty well. It’s a basic, honest way to earn a living, and we just take it one day at a time, answering phones and meeting people.
