Intellicon Pvt. Ltd. New Delhi is based in Pragati Tower at 26 Rajendra Place. Our specific rooms are Flat No. 89, 10, and 11 on the Upper Ground Floor. Rajendra Place is one of those busy business districts with lots of high buildings and people rushing around. Pragati Tower is easy enough to find since most people know it. Being on the upper ground floor means we skip the elevators, which are usually slow during lunch. Our office is a bit like a maze because it covers three different flats, but we’ve made it work over the years. There’s a lot of glass and concrete, and the view is just other buildings and the metro. It’s always noisy outside with the traffic, but that’s just the heart of the city. We have a small corner for making tea, which is where we usually stand and chat in the morning. The space isn't very fancy, but it works fine for what we do. We share the floor with other companies, so there are always people walking past the door. It’s a very typical commercial setup, busy and a little crowded, but we like the pace. Sometimes the electricity acts up, but the building maintenance is usually on it. We just sit at our desks and get through the pile of work. It is a decent place to be if you like being in the middle of everything.
