Raj Fashion

We are located at 1206 Sangatrashan St. in Pahar Ganj. This part of town is always crowded and noisy, but it is where we spend our days. Raj Fashion is just a small place among many others. The street outside is narrow and you have to watch where you step because of the rickshaws and people rushing by. We open the shop quite early when the air is still a bit cool. Inside, it is mostly just stacks of clothes and the smell of fabric. We do not have any fancy displays or bright lights. Most of the time, we are just sorting through things or talking to the other shop owners nearby. If you walk past the main bazaar and head down our lane, you will find us. The walls could use a new coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. We have a small desk in the corner where we keep the books and eat our lunch. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside on the stools until it comes back. It is a simple way to work. Pahar Ganj has its own rhythm and we have been part of it for a long while. We know the tea seller and the guy who delivers the mail. It is not like the big malls where everything is quiet. Here, there is always something happening right outside the door at 1206.
