You’ll find us at House 96 in Sarai Julena. We’re on the second floor, toward the back side of the building. It’s a little tucked away, so you have to look for it. We’ve been working on infracon projects from this spot for a while. It’s a modest setup. We have a few desks, a printer that works most of the time, and a lot of coffee cups. Sarai Julena is a good spot in South Delhi, very central but also quite crowded. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out at different sites checking on progress. It’s not the kind of work where you sit still for long. We aren't fancy people. We wear comfortable clothes because we’re often walking through dust or climbing over materials. The "back side" part of the address means we don't get much of the street noise, which is nice when we need to focus on the technical drawings. We started this because we knew the building trade and wanted to do things our own way. There’s no big HR department or corporate handbook. We just talk to each other and get the work sorted. It’s a small, tight-knit group. Sometimes things are a bit chaotic, but we always manage to get the job finished. We’re just regular folks doing our best in a busy city. There is always more to learn about construction, so we just keep at it every day.
