Up on the second floor of M-100 in G.K.-2, we’ve got our office and workspace set up. It’s a decent sized spot, though it fills up fast when new shipments come in. Being in Greater Kailash means there’s always something happening outside, but up here on the second floor, we just stick to our routine. Radiance International isn't some huge corporation with hundreds of people; it's just a small team trying to keep things moving. We handle a lot of paperwork and even more inventory. The lift in the building is a bit slow, so we end up taking the stairs quite a bit. It’s good exercise, I guess. We spend our mornings checking orders and the afternoons making sure everything is packed right. There’s always a bit of a mess near the packing station, with tape and bubble wrap everywhere. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably see one of us on the phone or checking a ledger. It’s a straightforward business. We’ve had some of the same clients for years, and they know what to expect from us. We don’t make big promises, we just try to get the orders out on time from our space here in M-100. It's a lot of repetitive work, but we’re used to it. The coffee isn't great, and the printer jams sometimes, but we get the job done.
