R D Engineer Sanarti Group operates out of E-2 in the Renupower Colony. We are based in Renusagar, which is part of the Sonebhadra district in Uttar Pradesh. Living and working in a colony like Renupower means that life has a very specific pace, and we are quite used to it by now. The work we do is technical, so a lot of our time is spent staring at diagrams and trying to sort out the logistics for the group. It is not the kind of environment where things change wildly from day to day, but there is always enough to keep the team busy. The office at E-2 is where we keep the files and sit down to talk about what needs to happen next. Sometimes the heat in Sonebhadra can be a bit much, but we just keep the fans going and stay focused on the tasks. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write polished speeches for us. It is just us doing our engineering work as part of the Sanarti Group. We stick to the practical side of things and try to be as thorough as possible with every drawing and calculation. It is a simple way of living. We come in, we handle the technical requirements of the day, and then we head home to our families in the colony. It is a stable life here in Renusagar, and we just keep doing our part.
