Quicksoft Technology

Quicksoft Technology is run out of a flat in Kendrya Vihar, over in Noida Sector-51. Specifically, we are at B-23. It’s the home of Ch. Swatishree Subudhi and Rajendra Patra. Setting up a tech business in a residential complex like this has its pros and cons. It’s nice and quiet for most of the day, which helps when you’re trying to write code or fix bugs. We don't have a big corporate sign, just a small nameplate. Our workspace is basically a room filled with monitors, cables, and a few comfortable chairs. We spend most of our time staring at screens. Sometimes we take a break and walk around the complex just to get some air. Being in Sector-51 is handy because it’s a well-connected part of Noida. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us putting in the hours. The kitchen is always stocked with coffee because we need it to keep going through the night sometimes. We handle various tech projects for different people. It’s hard work and sometimes things don’t go as planned, but we just keep at it until the problems are solved. We don't really have a formal dress code here. As long as the work gets done, it doesn't matter what we're wearing. It’s a practical way to run a startup.
