Quadra Software Solutions is over here in Shahdra, right on G T Road at Man Sarover Park. If you know the area, you know it’s always moving and very loud. We’re at 1/1621. It’s a pretty standard Delhi office setup. We work on software, which means a lot of hours sitting in front of monitors with headphones on. It gets really hot in the summer, but we have the fans and AC going to keep us sane. We’ve been here for a bit now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years. We don't pretend to be some huge tech giant from the US. We're a private limited company, but the atmosphere inside is pretty casual. We wear regular clothes and talk like normal people. There’s no corporate jargon being thrown around here. We deal with coding, fixing bugs, and trying to make programs work the way they should for the users. Sometimes it’s a major headache, especially when a project is nearly finished and something unexpected breaks. But we just stick with it until it’s fixed. We don't have a fancy website with stock photos of people in suits. That’s just not us. We’re just a bunch of people who know how to build software and want to earn a living. We eat lunch together and complain about the traffic on G T Road. It’s a simple life, and we’re happy to be doing what we’re doing.
