It’s a pretty standard setup—a few desks, some filing cabinets, and a kettle that gets a lot of use. We aren't the type of place that has a big sign or anything flashy. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby. The street outside can get a bit crowded, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading to work. We spend our days going through files and talking to people on the phone. It’s not glamorous work, but it needs to be done. We try to keep things relaxed in the office. There’s no dress code or anything like that; we just wear what’s comfortable. Sometimes we take a long lunch if things are slow, or stay late when there’s a lot of paperwork piling up. It’s just the few of us here, so we’ve become a bit like a small family. We know who likes their tea with extra sugar and who prefers it black. We don’t have any big corporate goals; we just want to do a good job for the people who walk through our door. It’s a quiet life in Shastri Nagar, and we’re perfectly fine with that.
