We are up on the third floor of this building on North Avenue Road in West Punjabi Bagh. Construction is what we do, day in and day out. It’s messy work sometimes, dealing with cement, steel, and a lot of different workers. Our office at 23 C is where we plan everything out. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for a few desks and a lot of maps and plans scattered around. We spend a lot of time on the phone making sure trucks show up on time. Construction is a lot of waiting around for things to happen and then rushing once they do. We’ve been working around this part of Delhi for a good bit of time. People know us as the guys who just get on with the job. We don’t have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know how to read a drawing and manage a site. It’s noisy and dusty most of the time out there, so the office is a bit of a relief. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs to the third floor more than we’d like. But that’s just how it goes here. We keep it simple and try to avoid complications. If a wall needs building or a floor needs laying, we handle it. It is just a matter of getting the right people and materials together.
