Out here in the East Punjabi Bagh area, things are always on the move. Our place is located at C-31 in Bhagwan Dass Nagar. It is mostly a residential neighborhood, so it stays a bit quieter than the big main markets you find in other parts of Delhi. We spend our days dealing with items coming in and going out of the country. It all started several years ago when we managed to find this specific spot. The office is not huge by any means, but it fits everything we need to get through the day. We spend a lot of our time on the telephone and checking over long lists of items. Handling all the shipping containers and boxes keeps everyone here on their toes. Sometimes the neighbors come by and wonder what we are doing with all the crates, but we just tell them it is part of the trade. We try our best not to block the street when deliveries arrive. Punjabi Bagh has changed a lot since we first arrived, but we have stayed right here at C-31. It is a solid, reliable spot for us. Usually, there is some hot tea going in the late afternoon for whoever is around. We do not have a formal receptionist sitting at the front. If someone knocks, one of us just goes to the door to see who it is. We handle all the paperwork ourselves without any big systems.
