Punia Civil Contractors Private Limited operates from Plot No. 69 and 69-A on the second floor of Block-A in Bhagwati Garden Extension. This is right in the Uttam Nagar area of West Delhi. It is a lively neighborhood, and we have been part of it for a good amount of time. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle all the details of our civil contracting work. It’s not a big corporate headquarters, just a couple of rooms where we keep our files and meet with our team members. Most days are pretty similar, with a lot of phone calls to sites and checking on how things are progressing. We have a small group of staff who have been with us for a while, and we all just try to get through the daily tasks without too much fuss. Uttam Nagar can be a very busy place, so there is always a lot of activity right outside our windows. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or shiny brochures. We’d rather just let the work we do speak for itself. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when the site supervisors come in for meetings, but we manage. We just try to be straightforward with everyone we deal with and keep our focus on finishing the jobs we have started. It is a lot of work, but we are used to the pace of the construction business in Delhi.
