Protech Solutions is situated at Shop No- A 179 on the first floor. Being on the first floor along Bishampitama Marg means we are right in a very active neighborhood where people are constantly moving around in Kotla, Mubarakpur. The stairs leading up to our shop are a bit on the narrow side, so you have to be careful. Our space is basically just a workshop inside. We have benches set up where we take apart electronics and try to figure out what is wrong with them. We handle a lot of different repairs. It isn't a showroom with shiny products on the walls. It is a place where work actually gets done. Sometimes we have a backlog of items and things get a bit disorganized on the shelves. We tell people honestly if we think something is worth fixing or if they should just buy a new one. We get our spare parts from local suppliers, but sometimes they don't have what we need, and we have to wait. The street noise from Bishampitama Marg is always there in the background. We aren't a big chain or a franchise. It is just a local business we started to provide technical help to people in the area. We have been here for a good while and many of the shopkeepers nearby are our friends. We just open up every day and see what kind of problems people bring in for us to solve.
