Proptech City Developers Private Limited

Our office is in a pretty well-known spot, Nirmal Towers on Barakhamba Road. Proptech City Developers Private Limited is located in room 305. Even though Barakhamba Road sounds very official and corporate, inside our office, it’s a bit more relaxed. We have a lot of papers stacked up and the tea guy comes around a few times a day, which is the highlight for most of us. It’s a central spot in New Delhi, so getting here is easy, though parking is always a nightmare. We spend most of our time looking at property details and trying to keep everything organized. It’s not always easy keeping track of all the different developments happening in the city. We aren’t some massive firm with polished floors. Our carpet is a bit worn out in places and the desks have seen better days. But it's a good place to work. We talk to a lot of different people every day, from lawyers to people just looking for a bit of advice on where to build. We don't use any fancy talk or try to impress people with big numbers. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. Some days are slow and we just sit around chatting about the news, and other days we don't even have time to eat lunch. It’s just the normal way of doing business in Central Delhi.
