Our office is at E-1 in Malviya Nagar, located in Geetanjali Enclave near Aurobindo College. Being so close to the college means there are always students around and the local eateries are usually full. Progressive Construction Pvt. Ltd. is a straightforward operation. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a bunch of people in suits. Most of the time, our office is filled with the sound of people talking over blueprints or checking schedules on their phones. Construction is a tough business and it shows in our workspace. There are usually muddy boots by the door and rolls of drawings leaning against the walls. We handle the actual building work, which means we are often dealing with weather delays, permit issues, and material shortages. We don't try to hide those realities behind corporate talk. It’s just how the industry is. We’ve been working out of this Malviya Nagar spot for a while and we like the location. It’s easy for our site supervisors to stop by and for us to get out to different parts of the city. We aren't trying to be the most famous company in India. We just want to get our current projects finished properly and move on to the next one. Sometimes the work is stressful and the deadlines feel impossible, but we just keep pushing forward. We’re a team of regular people who know how to build things, and we don’t feel the need to make it sound more complicated than that.
