Process

Operating out of 25-A Dda Flats in Pocket-B of West Gorakh Park isn't like being in those high-rise offices from the movies. Shahdara is more grounded and real than that. We call ourselves Process, which is basically what we do—following the steps to get things finished. Since we are in a Dda flat, neighbors live right next door and we try to keep the noise down. All the files and extra monitors we brought in last year make the space feel a bit cramped. Kids playing outside in the common area can be heard sometimes, and it's actually quite nice. Delhi 110032 is home. We’ve worked in this area long enough to know the good shortcuts and which days the market is too crowded to walk through. Having no receptionist means if the bell rings, one of us just gets up. It’s a straightforward way of working. Dealing with the daily grind of Shahdara life, from power cuts to dusty windows, keeps us busy. We just keep moving forward with whatever task is currently on the desk. This is just a local operation trying to stay on top of the paperwork and making sure nothing gets lost. There is no polish here, just people getting through the workday in a way that makes sense for the neighborhood. It’s just how things go when you’re based in a Dda flat.
