Priya Emporium

You can find us at Plot No.B-42 A, right on Street Number-3 in Jyoti Nagar-Shahdara. We are quite close to the Gopal Nursing Home, so most people use that as a landmark to find the shop. Priya Emporium is a small place, packed with all sorts of things. We sell stuff that people in the neighborhood need. It gets quite busy in the evenings when everyone is out doing their shopping. The shelves are always full, maybe a bit too full sometimes, but we like having variety. I’ve lived around here for years, so I know most of the people who walk through the door. We spend a lot of time just chatting with the customers about their day while they look around. It’s not a big supermarket with bright lights and fancy displays. It’s just our shop. Sometimes the kids from the street come in for small things, and we have to keep an eye on them. The street outside can get a bit narrow, especially when someone parks their scooter the wrong way. We open up early and stay until the sun goes down. It’s a simple way to make a living. We don't have a website or anything like that. People just know where we are and what we have. It’s an honest little business in a busy part of town. We just try to keep the stock fresh and the shop floor swept as much as we can.
