Our office is located right in the middle of the bustle at Netaji Subhash Place. Being on the 4th floor of Pearls Business Park means we see a lot of people coming and going. We deal with lubricants and engine oils, which sounds like it would be a messy business, but mostly it’s just us handling the logistics and orders from this desk. We talk to a lot of mechanics and factory owners who need specific types of oil for their machines. It’s a lot of technical talk about viscosity and engine wear. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the traffic outside in Pitampura. We’ve been at this for some time now. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to make sure the right barrels get to the right places without any leaks or delays. The paperwork for shipping can be a headache sometimes, especially with the taxes and transport rules. We usually have lunch together at the desk, talking about whatever is happening in the news. It’s a small team and we’ve all been working together for years. If someone needs a drum of oil for a truck or a generator, we’re the ones making sure it gets loaded onto the delivery vehicle. It’s straightforward work and we just take it one day at a time here.
